Draft Terms of Service
This text is for testing the product flow and is not final legal terms for commercial release.
1. Accounts and access
Administrators must protect login information, create users, assign devices and views, and revoke access that is no longer needed. Sharing the highest-privilege account or bypassing access control is prohibited.
2. Managed onboarding
이 계정이 소유한 프로세서에만 사용할 수 있습니다. 다른 계정이 공유한 프로세서 또는 자신의 프로세서에 사용할 수 있습니다.
3. Lawful use
Customers must have authority to connect the relevant KVM, NVR, cameras, and SMTP service and must follow applicable video surveillance, employee privacy, site notice, email, and data protection requirements.
4. AI limitations
Detection, search, and alerts are assistive and may produce false positives, false negatives, or uncertain results. Customers may not rely solely on unreviewed AI output for significant safety, employment, housing, insurance, credit, or legal decisions about a person.
5. Pricing and billing
미국 달러로 매년 결제하고 자동 갱신합니다. 갱신 전에 취소하면 다음 연도 청구가 중단되며, 결제한 기간까지 이용할 수 있습니다. 적용 세금은 결제 화면에 표시됩니다. 구매, 등록, 채널 관리를 한곳에서 처리합니다.
6. Availability and changes
The trial is provided as-is and does not promise compatibility with every KVM, firmware, NVR, GPU, or SMTP combination. Support, service levels, liability limits, and dispute terms will be added before commercial launch.
